By scheduling a cleaning service with Blue Bin Crew LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We provide residential and commercial trash and recycling bin cleaning. Services may be one-time or recurring, as selected at checkout or booking.
In the event of severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or mechanical failure, Blue Bin Crew may delay or reschedule service. You will be notified via SMS, email, or phone in such cases.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning may result in a $10 cancellation fee.
All payments are processed via our secure online platform. Payment is due before service for one-time cleanings and billed automatically for recurring services. Failed payments may result in service interruption.
Blue Bin Crew reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including (but not limited to): Unsafe conditions, harassment or inappropriate conduct toward employees, repeated failure to make bins accessible
By enrolling in a monthly or quarterly plan, you agree to ongoing billing until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our service constitutes agreement with the updated terms.
