Yes — for smaller facilities under 2,000 sq ft we offer virtual walkthroughs via photo submission. For larger or medical facilities we recommend in-person for the most accurate proposal.
How quickly can you start after the walkthrough?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of accepting the proposal. For urgent needs we'll do our best to accommodate a faster start.
Do you provide proof of insurance?
Yes. We carry $1M general liability and can provide a certificate of insurance, or add your property as additional insured, within 24 hours.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes — every cleaner passes a background check before being assigned to a commercial facility. Documentation available on request.
What if I manage multiple properties?
