What Does It Cost?

How much does a cleaning cost?

It depends on your home's size, the type of clean, and how often you book. As a general guide: standard cleans for a 2–3 bed / 2 bath home run 20–80, deep cleans 20–20, and move-out cleans 60–60. You'll get an exact quote before anything is confirmed.

How do I get a quote?

Do recurring clients get a discount?

Yes. Weekly clients save the most, followed by biweekly, then monthly. We'll quote the exact savings when you request recurring service.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. We don't add fees for supplies, travel within our service area, or standard cleaning tasks.

Who's Cleaning My Home?

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes — all Blue Bin Crew cleaners are fully insured, bonded, and background-checked before they enter your home. We carry general liability coverage. Your protection is non-negotiable for us.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

For recurring clients, we do our best to send consistent crew members who know your home and preferences. If a change is ever necessary, we'll let you know in advance.

Do they bring their own supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring all professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products — for allergies, eco-friendly preferences, or scent sensitivities — just let us know and we'll accommodate that at no charge.

How Does Booking Work?

How quickly can you start?

Most jobs are scheduled within 48 hours. We often have same-week availability across Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Land O' Lakes, Lutz, and Zephyrhills.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many of our clients provide a spare key, garage code, or smart lock access. We're fully insured and bonded, and we'll send a completion notification when we're done.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. We understand life happens — no penalties for legitimate schedule changes with proper notice.

What if I need to reschedule last minute?

Contact us as soon as possible. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a small fee may apply to cover our crew's scheduled time — but we always work with clients in good faith.

What If I'm Not Happy?

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If any part of your clean doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no charge. No arguments, no hassle — we stand behind every job.

What if something gets damaged during a cleaning?

We're fully insured. If any damage occurs, report it to us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we'll handle it promptly through our insurance. This is why we carry coverage — to protect you.
