By submitting a quote request, booking form, or otherwise engaging Blue Bin Crew LLC ("Company", "we", "us") for services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Blue Bin Crew LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Tampa Bay area. All services are performed by independent contractors ("Cleaners") who are 1099 contractors of the Company. The scope of each cleaning is based on the information provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon arrival if the actual condition or size of the property materially differs from what was described.
All quotes are estimates based on Client-provided information. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property at the time of service. Price adjustments will be communicated before work begins. Recurring service discounts apply only while the Client remains on an active recurring schedule. We reserve the right to adjust recurring pricing with 7 days' written notice.
A booking is confirmed only when the Client has received written or verbal confirmation from Blue Bin Crew LLC. Submitting a quote form does not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount. This fee compensates the Cleaner for reserved time that cannot be reassigned.
The Client is responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. If our Cleaner is unable to access the property (locked out, no-show, aggressive pet, etc.), the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area of the clean, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. Dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours may not qualify for a complimentary re-clean. The satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of cleaning work performed — it does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage, or items outside the agreed scope of service.
Blue Bin Crew LLC carries general liability insurance. If you believe our Cleaner caused damage to your property, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of the appointment. Damage claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
The Company's liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for:
We strongly recommend securing valuables and fragile items before each appointment.
Our Cleaners are not required to clean in conditions that pose a health or safety risk, including but not limited to: biohazardous materials, mold, severe hoarding, pest infestations, or properties without running water or electricity. If such conditions are discovered upon arrival, the appointment may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.
Our Cleaners are contracted through Blue Bin Crew LLC. You agree not to directly hire, contract, or solicit any Cleaner introduced to you through our services for a period of 24 months following your last appointment with us. A violation of this clause entitles Blue Bin Crew LLC to a referral fee of $2,500, which represents a reasonable estimate of the cost to recruit and train a replacement Cleaner.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, and cash. Returned payments or chargebacks will incur a $35 processing fee. Accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended from future services until the balance is resolved.
Blue Bin Crew LLC may offer referral credits to Clients. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be applied toward future cleaning services. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Blue Bin Crew LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version will always be available at bluebincrew.com/terms.html.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida, or through binding arbitration at the Company's election.
